Age - Fallsmead as a community started in the late 1960's.  In the early 1980's the homes on Pipestem Place and Court were added to the neighborhood.  Many recent additions and/or major renovations.

History - Kettler Brothers started the community which includes a 17 acre private park that is a focal point of the community.  It includes a pool, playground, pond, tennis courts, walking and jogging paths.  Unique for the times, each house belongs to the Fallsmead Homes Corporation, as the neighborhood was designed to allow for maximum green space to be shared by the community.  Berger-Berman in the 1980's built homes on Pipestem Place and Court that were added into the community.
